Hannah Becker

Hannah is an associate attorney at Melmed Law Group, P.C. She recently graduated cum laude from University of California, Hastings School of Law. 

 

Hannah grew passionate about helping workers while in law school. There, Hannah volunteered at the Workers’ Rights Clinic with Legal Aid at Work to assist low-wage workers in understanding their legal rights. She also served as a staff editor on the Hastings Women’s Law Journal and as a board member and coach of the Hastings Moot Court team. Hannah won the Chicago Bar Association National Moot Court Competition in 2020. 

 

Hannah also served as an intern to Vice Chair Jocelyn Samuels at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and as an extern to Judge Orrick in the Northern District of California. Hannah worked at two plaintiff-side employment firms while in law school, exclusively helping to represent employees. She remains committed to advancing employee rights in both wage-and-hour class actions and individual claims at Melmed Law Group, P.C.
