Rosalie Candelario

Rosalie is an intake attorney with Melmed Law Group P.C. Her focus is on assisting prospective clients and on analysis of their claims, including wage-and-hour class actions or individual claims for harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, and whistleblowing. She brings her passion for plaintiff’s rights into every client interaction.

Rosalie was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. She then moved to Florida and attended the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. During law school, Rosalie received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Employment Law, while simultaneously clerking for a prominent firm that specialized in employment law. Rosalie’s strong sense of empathy and her interest in eliminating world injustices have driven her desire to assist aggrieved employees. As intake attorney, her goal is to ensure that plaintiffs receive the best possible representation with respect to their claims.

Rosalie is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida, with memberships in the Florida Bar, the American Association for Justice, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. Outside of law, she enjoys travel and spending time with her family.
