Kyle Smith is committed to a client-centered approach in legal work, prioritizing the unique needs and wants of each client to achieve the best possible results. While at UCLA Law School, Kyle served as the Managing Articles Editor of the UCLA Journal of Law and Technology and a Managing Editor of the UCLA Journal of Environmental Law and Policy.
He also gained valuable experience as a Judicial Extern for the Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. After law school, Kyle served as a Deputy City Attorney for several Californian cities and represented indigent criminal defendants in appeals. Now, he leverages his diverse skills to promote employee rights and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star each year since 2018, an honor given to only 2.5% of California attorneys.
