Anne kramer

Anne Kramer is a zealous advocate of California workers. As an Associate Attorney at Melmed
Law Group, Anne focuses her practice almost exclusively on wage and hour class actions and
representative PAGA actions filed in state and federal courts throughout California, as well as
mass arbitrations on behalf of workers spanning a wide range of industries.

Prior to joining Melmed Law Group, Anne worked as an Associate Attorney at a national
plaintiff-side employment firm where she was at the forefront of independent contractor
misclassification cases involving “gig economy” workers in California and Massachusetts. Anne
has taken on numerous “gig economy” companies, including Uber, Lyft, Grubhub, Caviar, and
Shipt and her efforts have resulted in millions of dollars in the pockets of California and
Massachusetts workers. In addition to bringing claims against these “gig economy” companies
in state and federal courts, Anne successfully pioneered techniques that allowed her to
represent thousands of clients in individual arbitrations simultaneously. Anne has also litigated
numerous cases on behalf of tipped workers and technical professionals experiencing age
discrimination.
