After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Japanese language from the University of California, Berkeley, Alan obtained a J.D. from Pepperdine University’s School of Law and became an attorney in 2012. Alan has a diverse practice background which has included in-house representation of a major video game corporation, defending tenants from wrongful eviction, and litigating contract disputes. Alan has represented clients in both State and federal courts.
Since 2014, Alan has exclusively represented employees, litigating to enforce their rights and recover for harm caused by their employers. Alan is especially adept at creating elaborate programs to analyze employee records and ensure that clients obtain every penny owed. Alan’s expertise has resulted in obtaining multiple millions of dollars for his clients via settlement and at trial.
During his free time, Alan enjoys spending time with his family and playing video, card, and board games.
