Drew Levine began his career as a solo practitioner, gaining significant courtroom experience, developing relationships with other attorneys and judges, and learning how to find creative solutions to the various issues his clients faced. While working as a solo practitioner, Mr. Levine developed a specialized practice in employment law, representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants, and also developed a niche immigration practice where he successfully represented dozens of refugees in their efforts to secure asylum in the United States.
Mr. Levine went on to work for various firms, including as a partner in the Labor and Employment group in one of the largest law firms in the United States. He has many years of experience on both sides of the aisle litigating cases involving harassment, discrimination, wage theft, and other workplace violations. Mr. Levine now commits 100% of his professional time vindicating the rights of employees who have been harmed in the workplace. In connection with his representation of Melmed Law Group’s clients, Drew’s work has been featured in several television and print media outlets including ABC, NBC, and others.
Mr. Levine resides on Orange County, California with his wife and his three cats. During his free time, he enjoys practicing yoga, reading, and taking unsuspecting fools for all they are worth at the poker tables.
